Commission work terms of business

When commissioning any artwork on this website you will be required to make a deposit payment. This deposit payment will be 25% of the agreed commission price.

Once work on the commission has begun then this deposit is not refundable.

When the commission is completed and the final work is agreed then the remaining 75% of the agreed price must be paid before despatch of the artwork.

Taxation

I am not VAT registered so I do not charge VAT. All prices shown on this site are the price you will pay.

Delivery

I do not charge for delivery within the UK. All packages will be sent using the Royal Mail special next day delivery which will need to be signed for.

If you wish to have your artwork delivered to another country, there is a flat fee of £20.00 with an extra £10.00 for heavy framed work. If you are buying through my shop the shipping cost will be worked out automatically.

Payments

This website accepts payments via PayPal as I believe this offers the best protection for both parties. It is possible to pay using a Debit or Credit Card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Registration

This website does not require you to register to buy artwork and I do not operate online customer accounts. The details taken from you during checkout are only used to deliver your purchase. You will not receive any other mail from me.

Website Submissions

Where submissions are made to this website I reserve the right to publish those submissions at my discretion. User should not post anything illegal or which could be considered defamatory or abusive.
